The Galley Kitchen

Rebranding The Galley Kitchen was part of a larger 9 month brand overhaul of 5 star hotel, The Anchorage - located in Port Stephens, Australia. The Galley Kitchen is their mid-range restaurant which serves both lunch and dinner within the restaurant itself, with views overlooking the harbour and sea, as well as poolside. I designed all brand collateral including logo, colour palettes, menus and signage as well as sourcing staff uniforms, cutlery and tableware.
