Handmade on the island of Jersey, Bohohitch macrame uses sustainable and ethically sourced materials for their beautiful pieces. With their eco-friendly ethics at the heart of their brand, I wanted to use natural textures, an earthy colour palette and to feature plants in their product photography. Using people (hands, feet, arms and torsos) within the majority of product shots also gave a human and approachable quality to the products, while in turn giving the macrame a sense of scale. By creating a series of graphical assets I was able to create unique and ownable patterns for their printed tissue and wrapping papers, giving a premium boho feel to the unpacking experience. Brand due to be launched July 2020.
